Detailed Problem Description

I need two inventory spaces. One for all inventory expect Raw Materials. And one for just raw materials.

1. Update the license information in EPM (Emerging latin America and NA are done. Japan, EMEA, APAC remaining).
2. Update sales analysis to have 2017 data (china, apac & Australia - remaining).

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

1. Need to find out the budget mismatch values in Scorecards.
2. Need to check the filter condition if any data is filtering or not.
3. Need to check the suppress conditions at group level.
4. Need to analyze Accessories data issue for scorecard.
5. Need to create sales analysis explorer spaces for 2017 for all regions.
6. Need to work on Inventory Universe & explorer changes.
7. Need to work on SA100 WEBI report fix.
8. Need to add dimensions in 'inventory with open orders' universe for finished good spaces.
9. Need to add Plan Types to EPM universe & NA Explorer spaces.
10. Need to work on 'Open Orders Analyisis - OPS' explorer space indexing issue.

Resolution

1. Original scorecard report is based on queries where only 'AOP' plan type is restricted, where as the queries for Hot market are created directly in production where 'AOP' plan type is not restricted, resulting in huge difference in budget values. If the Hot market queries are included with ‘AOP’ then the budget values will match. Otherwise if ‘AOP’ is removed from original as well as Hot market queries the budget values will match.

2. We have checked SA115 scorecard, the report seems to be showing correct values. Please look into the below information for better clarification:

In Product Category Subreport, Group3 i.e Category(Mat grp 5) having suppress condition, due to the following condition category 'Accessories' suppressing in the report:
After commented the above 'Accessories' part, we are getting expected category 'Accessories' result as highlighted in the below screenshot:

Note: Earlier Material group have one category ‘Accessories’, so by default it is displaying the total values for one category.
Later some new categories have been added to BW BPC source. So it is displaying the all category total values at Material group level.
3. Created sales analysis explorer spaces for 2017 for all regions and validated with BEx or Cube.
4. Created two inventory spaces. 1) Finished Goods 2) raw materials. They indexed successfully and reported to NEC.
5. Added dimensions in 'inventory with open orders' universe for finished good spaces.
6. Analyzed the issue with both servers comparison and reported to NEC.
7. Added the Plan types to EPM Explorer spaces with all regions.
8. Restored the original explorer space and fixed the issue in that original space, indexing got successful. Finally OPS explorer has two spaces they are following:
Open Orders Analysis - OPS - Original
Open Orders Analysis - OPS_Test - Created new one by me(If Original space is working then after i will remove this new one)
